1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GeoNow GPS mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. Description of Service

GeoNow GPS provides real-time vehicle telematics, 3D GPS tracking, AI Copilot fleet assistance, geofence alerting, trip timeline reporting, and driver safety analysis tools designed for fleet operators and private vehicle owners.

3. Permitted Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use GeoNow GPS solely for lawful tracking and asset management purposes. You agree not to:

  • Track any individual or vehicle without appropriate legal consent or legitimate business entitlement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's underlying code or APIs.
  • Abuse server bandwidth or conduct automated denial-of-service activities against the network.
  • Rely solely on GPS data for critical safety-of-life navigation where signal degradation could cause harm.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

GeoNow GPS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% target service availability, GPS accuracy is subject to satellite visibility, atmospheric interference, cellular carrier coverage, and hardware installation. In no event shall GeoNow GPS or its developers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruption.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized tracking activities.
